By accessing joinoneofone.com or enrolling in the One of One program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
One of One offers a coaching program that provides weekly 1-on-1 calls, WhatsApp access, product selection guidance, and an AI creative system for organic dropshipping. The specific deliverables are outlined on the main website at joinoneofone.com.
Enrollment is by application only. Upon acceptance, payment is required to secure your spot. Current pricing and payment options will be provided during the application and acceptance process. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Your spot is only confirmed once payment is received in full or the first instalment of any agreed payment plan has been processed.
One of One is a limited-capacity, application-only program. When you enroll, your spot is reserved exclusively for you and is withheld from other qualified applicants. You acknowledge that this reservation has immediate value to you and immediate cost to us, and that this is reflected in the terms below.
Except where you qualify for the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the strict conditions set out below, all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, the full program fee, any deposit, and every instalment of any payment plan.
By enrolling, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund on the basis of: a change of mind; loss of interest, motivation, or commitment; a change in your personal, financial, or business circumstances; deciding the program is not for you after gaining access; failing to use, attend, or implement the program; or any reason other than full satisfaction of the guarantee conditions below.
Because the program grants immediate access to proprietary materials, systems, and one-on-one coaching capacity upon enrollment, no cooling-off, trial, or cancellation period applies, and you waive any such period to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Your enrollment is a commitment to complete the program, not a trial.
This program requires sustained daily effort, and your results depend on that effort. You acknowledge that One of One provides access, coaching, and guidance (not outcomes), and that the value you receive is delivered the moment you gain access to the materials, the coaching, and Esteban's time, regardless of whether you choose to use them.
You confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you have had the opportunity to ask any questions before paying, and that you are enrolling voluntarily and with full understanding of the non-refundable nature of your payment and the conditions attached to the guarantee.
If you have a concern about a payment, you agree to contact us first at esteban@joinoneofone.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before taking any other action.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider for any charge that is valid under these Terms. Initiating a chargeback in these circumstances is a breach of these Terms.
Because access to the program, its proprietary materials, and Esteban's one-on-one time are delivered immediately upon enrollment, any chargeback filed for a non-qualifying reason will be contested. You authorize us to provide your bank, card issuer, or payment provider with these Terms, your enrollment records, your communications with us, and any records of your access to and participation in the program as evidence that the service was provided as agreed.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in breach of these Terms, your access to the program may be suspended or terminated immediately and without refund, and you remain liable for the full amount owed together with any fees, charges, or reasonable costs (including collection and administrative costs) we incur as a result. Nothing in this section limits any right you genuinely have under applicable law.
If you have not achieved at least one $1,000 revenue day within 60 days of joining and paying for the program, you may be eligible for a full refund, provided that every one of the following conditions has been met in full and can be verified:
1. You paid the full program fee upfront as a single payment. Enrollments made via deposits, payment plans, or any partial payment arrangement are not eligible for this guarantee.
2. You attended your onboarding call with Esteban and can demonstrate proof of consistent, ongoing communication with Esteban throughout the 60-day period.
3. You communicated with Esteban every single day of the 60-day period without exception, and can provide verifiable proof of such daily communication (including, but not limited to, timestamped WhatsApp messages, voice notes, or other written records showing at least one substantive exchange with Esteban on each calendar day). Missing even a single day of communication disqualifies the refund claim.
4. You posted a minimum of three (3) new videos per day on both your Instagram and Facebook accounts for 50 consecutive days, without missing a single day.
5. You set up your store and followed Esteban's guidance and direction as provided throughout the program.
If all of the above conditions have been met in full, and you have not generated at least $1,000 in revenue in a single day by the 60-day mark measured from the date of your enrollment and payment, you may submit a refund request by emailing esteban@joinoneofone.com.
The final decision on whether the criteria have been fully and verifiably satisfied rests solely with Esteban. Refund requests that do not meet every condition listed above, or that cannot be substantiated with the required proof, are not eligible and will not be granted.
This guarantee is the sole and exclusive circumstance under which any refund may be issued. No refund will be considered on any other basis. The burden of demonstrating that every condition has been met in full rests entirely with you.
You are responsible for your own business decisions and results. Coaching and guidance provided through One of One is educational in nature. Past results of Esteban or other students are not a guarantee of your results.
You agree to engage with the program in good faith, show up to calls, and implement the strategies as directed.
All content, materials, frameworks, and systems shared within the One of One program are the intellectual property of One of One. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share program materials with any third party without prior written consent.
One of One is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program or use of strategies taught. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, execution, and market conditions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
